Refund Policy

Monthly subscription
qr-evolve is a monthly SaaS. Plans are billed in advance for the month ahead. Plans limit the number of dynamic QR codes you can create — never scan volume.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current prepaid period unless we say otherwise when you cancel.
Codes keep working
On cancellation or downgrade, scheduled rotation may stop, but printed codes keep showing your last saved content — no dead links, no blank pages.
Refunds
If you prepaid a month and have not made substantial use of the service, you may request a refund of that unused prepaid month within 14 days of payment. Substantial use includes creating or publishing QR codes, or generating meaningful scan traffic. Free plan usage is not refundable (there is no charge).
How to request a refund
Email help@dharmin.online from your account email, with the charge date. We typically reply within one business day.
