Privacy Policy

Account data — your email address and organization name, used only to sign you in and show your team its QR codes.

QR code content — the destinations and schedules you save for each dynamic QR code. This is your business data; it belongs to you.

Scan analytics — when a scan happens, we record the timestamp, device/OS, country/city, referrer, user-agent, and the code scanned. This powers your analytics dashboard.

Payment details are handled by our payment processor; we never store your card number.

We never sell or rent your data to anyone.

We never read your QR destinations to advertise to you.

We never limit or throttle your scans for data reasons — scan volume is unlimited on every plan, by design.

Your saved content must exist to be served when someone scans your code — that is the product.

Scan events power your analytics and help us keep the service reliable.

You can export your workspace QR codes and content anytime from Settings → Account (JSON download).

Account deletion is self-serve at Settings → Account. You can also request erasure of personal data by emailing privacy@dharmin.online — we action requests within 30 days.

Deleting QR codes in the dashboard removes their content from the product; printed codes that still point at our scan URL will show a branded unavailable state.

When we process QR content and scan analytics on your behalf, the Data Processing Addendum at /dpa applies.
