Data Processing Addendum

Roles
You (the account holder or organization) are the controller of QR content and scan analytics. qr-evolve is the processor: we handle that data only to provide the service.
What we process
QR destinations and schedules you save, and scan analytics generated when the public scans your codes (timestamp, device/OS, country/city, referrer, user-agent).
Subprocessors
We use Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe and Razorpay (payments), Cloudflare (scan worker and edge delivery), and Resend (transactional email).
No selling data
We never sell or rent personal data. We do not use QR destinations or scan analytics to advertise to you or to third parties.
Deletion
After account deletion or a valid erasure request, we delete personal data within 30 days, except where we must keep records to meet legal obligations (for example, billing).
